You probably are familiar with the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle, located an 1,5h drive from Munich and always worth a trip. At least, if the iconic view from the Marienbrücke was not blocked as it was in our case last weekend. So the view that you might already know from my first time I took pictures of the Castle was not an option. Instead, I tried to get a nice scenery while walking the way up the hill, and with using my 17-55mm standard zoom and the 70-200 tele I’m quite satisfied with the results, given the circumstances. Of course there was some post-editing in Lightroom involved, but I also really like the sharpness that those two lenses produce when stopped down a bit.
